- Is solar worth it in Auckland?

- Do I need a battery?
- Not always. If you’re home during the day or have an EV, you may use most of your solar directly. A battery makes sense when you use most of your power in the evening or want backup. We’ll recommend what fits.
- Can my existing switchboard handle solar?
- Many can, but older switchboards sometimes need an upgrade. As electricians first, we check this as part of every assessment and can do any upgrade in the same job.
